You can join whenever you want!
If you do join during the first trimester, you’ll simply need to sign a consent form for Mindful Massage Studio. Internal pelvic floor therapy isn’t completed in the first trimester unless you’re having symptoms of pain with intercourse, incontinence, chronic constipation, etc, and no matter what will need a script from a physician.

One of us from the Flourish Birth & Family Collective will reach out to you if you have any questions. If you simply want to sign up, we’ll each reach out to you to create accounts for each of our services.
You schedule your appointments (we highly suggest scheduling them ahead of time!) with us and we’ll give you all the information you need for the discounted services as well!

After pregnancy, you’ll be automatically switched over into our Birth & Beyond Club! Check out more information here.
If you choose not to continue with The Birth & Beyond Club, you can just let us know and we’ll stop the membership.
